I want to show to all wonderful souls out there how to make the best of your everyday life and inspire others to live every day to the fullest. I’m no blogger, I don’t have thousands of followers and I’m not sponsored. BUT I love traveling, visiting wonderful places and sharing my experiences. It doesn’t take a big budget to live a healthy life full of wonderful moments. I have a weakness for good food and new cuisines. It’s a matter of living in the moment and making the best of everything.
Marrakech Recommendations
The Riad Jardin Secret is a wonderful and peaceful place. Its pink rooftop offers a great view and serves vegan and vegetarian-friendly meals with the finest organic ingredients from local farmers. Another special place is the Medina, the old town of Marrakech. You just have to put down the map and get wonderfully lost in 1,001 nights. You should definitely get up early one day and have a walk through the streets to see how the city wakes up.
Grounding Oatmeal Recipe
Ingredients
3½ oz instant or rolled oats
1 tbsp linseeds
1 tbsp buckwheat
2 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tsp ground cinnamon
15¾ oz coconut soy yogurt
²⁄³ cup apple juice
1 shredded or grated apple
Toppings
1 tbsp homemade granola
2 figs
1 nectarine
1 bunch thyme
Method
Put all the oats, the seeds, the shredded coconut and the cinnamon into a large bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix everything well. Cover your bowl and place it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. Divide the oats into different bowls and top with your fig, nectarine, homemade granola and a small bunch of thyme. It’s very simple, but you’ll definitely love it.
