This green energizing smoothie is my go-to for starting the day on a high note. It will give you rush of nutrients that is certain to leave you with a revitalized energy. Not only is it fully of healthy leafy greens, it also contains spirulina and chlorella which are packed with nutrients, proteins and antioxidants.
Ingredients
o 1-2 cups coconut water
o 2 cups fresh spinach
o 1 cup baby kale
o ½ medium avocado
o 1 frozen banana
o 2 dates, pitted
o 1 tsp spirulina powder
o 1 tsp chlorella powder
o ½ tsp maca powder
o ½ tsp ground cinnamon
o ¼ to ½ tsp himalayan crystal salt
Instructions
• Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Add ice for extra thickness.
• Serve in a glass. Enjoy!
